Improving the software behind Internal Audit at RBC

Full-stack engineering, AI-assisted drafting, and deployment work on RaptOR, a next-generation internal audit platform.

At RBC, I mainly contributed to RaptOR, a next-generation auditing platform used by RBC Internal Audit.

I contributed to full-stack development and UI/UX for AuditSphere modules, including secure SharePoint and AWS S3 workpaper hosting.

Additionally, I also implemented generative AI report drafting with LLMs, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation.

I designed product features and frontend designs along with stakeholders, product managers, and BSA teams.

I also managed containerized deployments on OpenShift across DEV, QAT, and PROD environments.
